I had 4 bottom straight poles bend in half where the go into the trampoline because high winds took it for a short ride. The replacements fit perfectly and arrived in a very timely manner. I am very glad I found the place to get replacements!

Wouldn’t think of returning it
After a bad experience with goods shipped br truck last year, package protection provided peace of mind and was worth every penny. Our trampoline, the 17x10 rectangle, arrived packed well and in great shape ready to be set up. The 20 day trail provided further peace of mind but, after seeing the smiles there is no way we are sending it back.
